I have over 30 years of experience in the field of corporate secretarial service, with a good stretch of 20 years being with BSL. I oversee a comprehensive suite of corporate secretarial services in addition to managing corporate compliance for a diverse portfolio of clients, both locally and internationally. I proudly serve as the named secretary for public listed and private companies in Singapore.

In the realm of corporate secretarial work, my passion lies in providing advice and guiding clients through board responsibilities, governance frameworks, and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Assisting clients in their business pursuits and witnessing their progress and achievements consistently brings fulfillment to my professional endeavors. When I am not working, I will be ……
With family and friends. I approach with work and life with equal intensity and balance. My top priority is dedicating time to my loved ones, valuing and strengthening our relationships. I also find joy in outdoor activities, connecting with nature, and exploring new destinations through travel.
